Mad Hatter & Happy Hatter – April 2

Mad Hatter
Pretty disappointed at the standard of customer service in this city lately. It’s been happening too often that when I call to inquire about a service the person on the other end is miserable and rude. Having worked customer service, I get that it sucks sometimes but don’t take it out on the people who are calling for your service! Kindness goes a long way.

Happy Hatter
Happy to spend the weekend with my family. Very nice to be with family.

Happy Hatter
Feeling refreshed after a nice long weekend.

Mad Hatter
Hardly think that negative temps at the end of March is fair! This long winter sucks!

Mad Hatter
City uses paper wristbands for its facility entrance instead of having a proper software program that will allow all pass users (including monthly or punch card) to check themselves in.  The current system only permits yearly subscribers to check themselves in, such a waste of time and resources to implement a program that only does half the job.

Mad Hatter
Recycling is important but if there is no place to take that recycling, then what?  We need to reduce total waste including recycled products.  Stores encouraging customers to bring their own bags or reusable ones for savings or pay for your bag.

Mad Hatter
The excuses for the small crowds at the Canalta Centre could fill a whole newspaper article, and they did.

Mad Hatter
MLA back to the job-killing theme again. Just seems to be an UCP motto. PC or UCP is like buying products new with updated packaging but same stuff inside.

Happy Hatter
Always happy to see others stand up for current party in power.  No party should be in power for as long as the previous party had been.  If you want any party to continually work hard for Albertans, they need to be changed.

Happy Hatter
Nice little bakery in Crescent Heights just off 8th street.  It is great to see it busy.

Happy Hatter
Always happy to have a good laugh at one of the MLA’s tweets. His province negativity sure convinces me not to vote for his party.
