Mad Hatter & Happy Hatter – March 12

Mar 12, 2018 | 8:34 AM

Happy Hatter
Happy we had such a beautiful weekend! Finally got some fresh air and much needed sun and enjoyed the weekend at Hidden Valley. It was beautiful!

Mad Hatter
Garbage bins not moved off roads, sidewalks not shovelled, extension cords across sidewalks.  What the heck does bylaw officers do? Seems they just drive around ignoring issues because they didn’t get a complaint! Lots of money being lost by city not fining those that do not follow bylaws.

Mad Hatter
Instead of making money by ticketing drivers for going 61km in a 50 zone, how about we ticket people for ignoring bylaws and disobeying them? Seems like a better plan!

Mad Hatter
I am a responsible dog owner who picks up after my dog when he defecates on other’s property. I just wish those other dog owners would do the same.  Would you like others to do the same as you don’t at your home?

Mad Hatter
I think the show Canada’s Worst Driver should come to Medicine Hat. I think they would be able to run at least 1 season here with the drivers in this city!!

Mad Hatter
Mad that a local MLA keeps tagging #medhat on Twitter in all his posts complaining about our province and celebrating Donald Trump and the conspiracy theory “Friends of Science” group – are ALL the negative comments you are getting about those posts not enough to tell you that people are tired of you trying to rile up people and making our city look bad?

Happy Hatter
Love the sunshine coming into my front window.  Pets are catching the rays as well.

Mad Hatter

Not sure why the city doesn’t utilize social media to advertise some of its fitness classes being offered.

Happy Hatter
Nice to see some much needed development coming to north of the river.

Mad Hatter
Seeing all the tweets from our MLA against the NDP just tells me nothing good about the party.  Before you start criticizing other parties best you look under a few rocks of your own parties.  Don’t throw mud at others when your parties have been more than knee deep in its own mud.

Mad Hatter
Why do people insist on walking around in a known dog park area? If you don’t like dogs maybe walk somewhere else. Most dogs have a pretty good intuition if you like them or not.
