Hounds win first game at SCAHL South Playoff Tournament

LETHBRIDGE, AB — The Can Pak Environmental Midget AA Hounds dominated their first game at the Midget SCAHL South Playoff Tournament Thursday night.

Taking on the Taber Golden Suns, the Hounds exploded in the second period, scoring three goals and earning a 7-3 victory.

Levi Schlosser led the Hounds in scoring with a hat trick, while Brett Gray scored two goals during the game. Jacob Milne and Dax Wandler each had one goal and two assists.

Dawsen Savage earned the win in net, making 27 saves.

In their second playoff game, the Hounds will battle the Okotoks Oilers tonight at the Adams Ice Centre. The game begins at 6:30 p.m.
