AHS to host session for families March 14

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Alberta Health Services will be hosting an information session for parents and caregivers next week.
The Addiction and Mental Health Team will be hosting the session on March 14 from 6:30 to 8:3 0 p.m. in the Honor Currie Room at the Medicine Hat Public Library.
The session will discuss strategies families can have in place to help prevent struggles with addiction and mental health issues. The session will features tips for families as to how they can strengthen their bond and cope with challenges.
The session is designed for parents and caregivers of children of any age.
