Redcliff set to vote on curbside pickup proposal

REDCLIFF, AB — The Town of Redcliff is expected to make a decision about its plan for solid waste and recycling pickup in the town Monday night.
According to the meeting agenda, the item is listed as a request for decision for the meeting.
The proposal would see Can Pak Environmental begin offering curbside garbage and recycling collection in the town for the next five years.
The plan has prompted controversy in the town, with more than 500 residents signing a petition against the proposal.
