Police say musical instruments stolen in January have been recovered

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Medicine Hat Police Service says musical instruments and equipment stolen last month have been found.

According to a message on the police service’s Facebook page, musical equipment stolen from a storage locker in January was recovered on Monday in the coulees by Red Rock Coulee, approximately 25 kilometres outside of Seven Persons.

Police attended a break and enter at a storage unit on January 12, where more than $20,000 in musical equipment was stolen.

Two men, Patrick Price and Tyler Poczik, were both arrested and have been charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property and trafficking stolen property in connection with the incident.

The police service thanked the public for their assistance in recovering the stolen property and getting it back to the owners.
