MEDICINE HAT, AB — A blowing snow advisory is in effect for Medicine Hat and surrounding areas.
Environment Canada issued the advisory late Monday afternoon, saying wind gusts are creating poor visibility in some areas.
The blowing snow is expected to continue into the evening.
Officials say travel could be hazardous due to the reduced visibility and motorists should adjust driving habits for the road conditions.
