WIGAN, U.K. – A huge accomplishment for Medicine Hat product Dawson Murschell, earning a spot on the Professional Darts Corporation tour in England.

On Saturday, Murschell was able to win his final match at the PDC’s Q-School competition to book himself a spot on the professional circuit.

Signing with Winmau Darts last year, ‘Awesome Dawson’ has previously competed at the World Series of Darts Festival and the U.S. Open.

The first tournament of the 2018 PDC season gets underway on Friday at Milton Keynes Arena, with the 2018 Unibet Masters.

Also on Murschell’s plate over the next few weeks will be qualifiers for the 2018 U.K. Open.
