Canalta Centre to host 3-on-3 hockey tournament in February

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Canalta Centre will be playing host to a hockey tournament for young players in the new year.

The inaugural Canalta Classic 3 on 3 Hockey Tournament will be running from Feb. 2-4, 2018. The tournament will feature 32 teams made up of six to eight players competing for the Canalta Classic cup.

The tournament will be split within eight divisions, with two tiers each of novice, atom, peewee and bantam.

Registration for the tournament is now available online. The deadline for teams to register is January 22, 2018.

Admission for parents and the community is free during the tournament.
