Teddy Bear Toss game tonight

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Medicine Hat Tigers are hoping to send the fur flying this evening.

The annual Teddy Bear Toss game goes tonight at the Canalta Centre, with the Tigers hosting the Brandon Wheat Kings. The game begins at 7:30 p.m.

When the Tigers score first, fans will toss stuffed animals onto the ice, which will be donated to local organizations.

Fans are encouraged to place the stuffed animals and winter clothing into plastic bags before they are tossed on the ice to assist with cleanup.

We caught up with members of the Medicine Hat Tigers to see who they think will score the Teddy Bear Toss goal this year. Last year, Max Gerlach scored the goal.
