Medicine Hat and area under wind warning

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for Medicine Hat, Cypress County, the County of Newell and Special Area No. 2.
Westerly winds gusts of up to 90 kilometres per hour are expected to develop over the Cypress Hills and southern sections of Medicine Hat this afternoon.
Environment Canada is reminding residents to adjust their driving habits to the wind and to be aware of any loose objects which can be tossed around.
The winds are expected to weaken by the evening.
