Rasmussen was charged with five counts of possession of a controlled substance, four counts of trafficking a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a prohibited firearm, two counts of possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, and one count each of possession of stolen property under $5,000, possession of prohibited ammunition, possessing a restricted firearm, and possession a firearm in a vehicle.
