MEDICINE HAT, AB — A Medicine Hat city councillor has been appointed to the executive team for the Monarch Corporation.
In a news release sent Wednesday afternoon, the company has announce Jim Turner has been appointed to the executive team by Bill Yuill, the president and CEO of the Monarch Corporation. Turner’s title is vice-president, corporate affairs and administration
Turner, who was re-elected to his second term on City Council earlier this month, has been involved with several economic development agencies as a councillor, including Invest Medicine Hat and the Palliser Economic Partnership.
In his position, Turner will provide support in the areas of corporate strategic planning, corporate projects and risk management.
