Midget AA Hounds undefeated to start season

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The Can Pak Environmental Midget AA Hounds have improved their record to 2-0 over the weekend.

The Hounds dominated the Okotoks Oilers on the weekend, winning 7-1.

Jacob Milne had a hat trick and one assist to lead scoring, while Ethan Boutkan, Carson Dingwall, Grant Forbes, and Levi Schlosser each had one goal.

The Hounds outshot Okotoks 45-31. Dawsen Savage was the winning goaltender, making 30 saves.

The Hounds return to action on Friday, travelling to Taber to take on the Golden Suns. The Hounds return home Sunday to host Bow Valley at 2 p.m. at the Kinplex.
