Boy dies following farming accident in Hanna

HANNA, AB — A 17-year-old boy is dead following a farming accident in Hanna Monday night.
Hanna RCMP were called to the field at 9L19 p.m. The investigation revealed the male had been harrowing a field when the tractor he was driving went over an embankment and rolled. The man was ejected from the tractor when it rolled and was crushed beneath the machinery. He died at the scene.
RCMP is not releasing the name of the deceased and no charges will be laid.
