MEDICINE HAT, AB – A date has been set for a preliminary hearing for the man accused of killing Brenda Woloski last year.

Two days were set aside for the hearing for 27 year old Noah Harrison Bentley on a charge of second degree murder.

The hearing will take place December 11 and 12 in Medicine Hat.

Bentley appeared via CCTV, and has been in custody since he was arrested last November.

The body of Woloski was found in a home in the 800 block of Third Street S.E. Medicine Hat on November 12th.

The Crown has received the autopsy report from the Medicial Examiner’s office, which has delayed the case several months.

The final autopsy report is under a publication ban.
