One trustee election for Prairie Rose School Division

DUNMORE, AB — There will be only one election for Prairie Rose School Division trustees this fall.

Ward 4, which covers Redcliff, Ralston, Jenner and area, will see three candidates compete for two trustee spots.

Arnold Frank, Pam Cursons and Meredith Conboy are all running for trustee in the ward. Frank and Cursons are the incumbent candidates.

The remaining five wards in the school division are acclaimed, as only one candidate filed nomination papers.

Ward 6 will be represented by Stacy Hammel, following the passing of longtime trustee Kathy Cooper in August.
