Mobile aquarium visiting Medicine Hat

Medicine Hat, AB –  As part of Canada’s 150th anniversary, a 28 foot mobile aquarium will be visiting Medicine Hat this weekend.
 
The van features sea stars, seas cucumbers , crabs and sea anemones, among other invertebrates from the Pacific Coast.
 
The mobile aquarium will be a Police Point Park Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm.
 
It will deliver a fully interactive and immersive program during the stop in the city.
 
As part of the AquaVan visit, the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup will also take place.  That is a conservation initiative by the Vancouver Aquarium and WWF – Canada. 
 
The public is welcome to join the shoreline cleanup, beginning at 1 pm on Sunday.
