BATTLEFORD, Sask. — A trial date has been set for a Saskatchewan farmer accused of fatally shooting an Indigenous man.
Gerald Stanley’s second-degree murder trial in the death of Colten Boushie will take place from Jan. 29 to Feb. 15 in Battleford, Sask.
Stanley has pleaded not guilty and is out on bail.
