Next phase of milling and paving to begin Monday

MEDICINE HAT, AB — The city will begin their next phase of milling and paving work on Monday.

City crews will start by removing the top layer of asphalt on Valleyview Drive between Chinook Drive and Valleyview Avenue.

Schedule permitting, milling will commence along Ross Glen Drive between Ross Haven Place and Turner Court SE starting on Tuesday.

When milling is finished, the city’s municipal works paving crew will begin asphalt resurfacing, with day-time paving activities scheduled.

Drivers are reminded speed fines double in construction zones, and they’re asked to watch for flag persons and construction signage in the areas.
