Medicine Hat Soccer Association hosting tournament all weekend

MEDICINE HAT, AB — Dozens of soccer players will test their skills in Medicine Hat this weekend.

The Medicine Hat Wild FC Men’s League, who play out of the Medicine Hat Soccer Association, will host a 14 team, seven play men’s soccer tournament starting Friday and running through to Sunday.

The tournament will feature teams from Red Deer, Lethbridge, Calgary, Lloydminster and Leduc, as well as a team from Ralston.

The games will be played at the soccer field at Crescent Heights High School.

The Medicine Hat Soccer Association has existed since 1971 and has more than 300 people who play in local competitive and recreational leagues.
