Colts wrap up Arizona trip with loss; finish with 3-2 record

PHOENIX, AZ — Despite losing their final game south of the border, the McCoy Colts JV baseball team is holding their heads high.

Last night in Phoenix, Arizona, the high school squad was defeated by the Blue Chip Academy White Sox by a score of 8-5. Devon Schneider took the loss pitching one inning of relief and striking out 2 batters.

The Colts offence was lead by Cavan Kolody who was 3/3 with two runs batted in. Brendan Kuhn chipped in with a 1/2 effort and two runs scored, while Jack Suhai was 1/2 with one run scored and one run batted in.

The Colts are heading back to the Hat with a very respectful 3-2 record on the trip.
