MEDICINE HAT, AB — He’s considered one of the best lyricists of all time, one of the most influential musicians who has ever lived and recently received a Nobel Prize for Literature.

And he’s making a stop in Medicine Hat this summer.

Bob Dylan is scheduled to perform in Medicine Hat on Tuesday July 18 at the Canalta Centre, part of the Canadian leg of what has been dubbed “The Never Ending Tour.”

The singer-songwriter, best known for “The Times They Are a-Changing,” “Like A Rolling Stone” and “Blowin’ in the Wind, ” has sold more than 100 million albums since his first release in 1962. In recent years, Dylan has released a pair of albums featuring covers of songs from the Great American Songbook, many performed by Frank Sinatra. Dylan is releasing a triple album of these recordings, entitled “Triplicate,” on March 31.
