Thanks to my neighbor and his son for helping push my car out when I was stuck in the snow. Thanks also for shoveling a path so I could get back into my driveway.

I am so upset with the judgement and stereotypes surrounding Mental Illness and addiction. We need better outlets – i.e… accepting into local rehab on weekends and not just during the week. It should be more convenient for people to get help and there should be less judgement surrounding these issues.

Not sure if it’s the weather or just Medicine Hat – but the amount of drama floating around the air is unbelievable. It seems like nothing is going right for anyone I know! Wish we would have something happy happen.

Make no mistake, I love cats and dogs … But not enough to put the new shelter before our children’s or our city’s recreational health. Another $500,000 for strays but no money to save our Arena is brutal! Yay, lets turn Medicine Hat into an boring city for old fat people. Raise ice rental rates 50% at the remaining rinks and the parking at the hospital should cover the $1million budget cut. Come on, City Hall, you’re an embarrassment to the tax payers!

Don’t you think that something is wrong with our society when, (while celebrating the international day of women) there are a group of expecting single women taking a special class in a newly renovated school, to learn how to fix a button or mend a pair of pants…. especially when one of these women is the mother of 5 1/2 children.  The education system and society has really failed these women!

It snows and people forget how to drive. It’s absolutely infuriating to see how careless people become when it snows. Stop signs are meant to be stopped at. Slow down earlier when it’s snowing. Don’t pull right in front of other drives when you are coming out of side streets. Don’t tailgate if someone is going a bit slower – we don’t all have four wheel drive trucks. It’s common sense people!!!!

I’m mad because it’s March. Mother Nature needs to quit it with the snow abuse!

I am very happy and thankful for my neighbour who seems to always shovels our driveway and walkway when it snows. I would love to return the favor but he is always so quick! For him, I am happy!
