MEDICINE HAT, AB — Bail has been denied for one of two men charged in the death of a 24 year old Medicine Hat man in November.

Jacob Porfoun, 21, was denied bail during his court appearance Wednesday. Porfoun, along with Aaron Anand-Ford, 21, are both charged in the death of Dustin Hewer.

Hewer was discovered injured outside a home on 21 Stree NE on Nov. 5, and later died of “sharp force trauma,” according to the autopsy report.
